You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How to Return an Item

1. Ensure your item is in original condition with tags, unused, and with the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Log into your account on our website, locate your order, and click "Request Return."
3. Once approved, we'll email you a return label and instructions for sending your item back. Items returned without a return request cannot be accepted.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
