R U OK? is a national suicide prevention charity and registered public health promotion charity dedicated to inspiring and empowering everyone to meaningfully connect with the people around them.
Their work focuses on giving people the motivation, confidence and skills to ask, “Are you OK?”, listen without judgement and encourage someone to access support when they need it.
By helping friends, family, colleagues and communities recognise the signs that someone may be struggling, R U OK? encourages conversations that can make a real difference—long before someone reaches crisis.
